Refund policy

At ASCOVA, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’ll make the return process as simple as possible.

Returns: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items: Final sale items, gift cards, personalized products, and items damaged due to misuse cannot be returned.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and other related fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Return costs: The customer is responsible for all return-related costs, including return shipping, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, and any other charges connected to the return, unless ASCOVA sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Shipping: If we sent the wrong item or your item arrived damaged, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs. In all other cases, return shipping and related fees are the customer’s responsibility.
