What Materials do we use?
Our cardigans are made from 100% merino wool, our ascots are made from 100% polyester, and our field jackets feature a 100% polyester outer shell with 100% cotton filling.
How does sizing work?
Our cardigans fit true to size. Choose your usual size, and check the size chart on the product page for exact measurements. Our field jackets run a little smaller than usual, so if you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our 3PL partner in China. All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)—no additional taxes or import duties will be charged to you upon delivery.
How do I wash and care for the cardigan?
How to wash the cardigan:
- Cold wool cycle with wool detergent
- Do not bleach or use softener
- Do not tumble dry
- Dry flat and reshape while damp
- Store folded, not on a hanger
How to wash the field jacket:
- Machine wash cold (30°C) on gentle cycle
- Use mild detergent (no bleach, no fabric softener)
- Zip up all zippers and turn the jacket inside out
- Wash with similar colors; avoid heavy items (jeans/towels)
- Air dry on a hanger in a ventilated area (avoid tumble drying)
- Reshape and lightly fluff the filling while drying to keep structure
