What materials do you use?
Every Ascova piece is built from materials chosen for longevity, not just appearance.
- Cardigan: 100% merino wool â temperature-regulating, non-itching, machine washable
- Field Jacket: Waterproof polyester shell, 100% cotton fill â real warmth for real weather
- Vest: Wool-polyester blend â packable insulation without bulk
- PC Pouch & Wallet: Croco-embossed PU leather â structured, water-resistant, built to last
How does sizing work?
All Ascova pieces are sized true to size â if you're usually a M, order a M. One exception: if you plan to layer the Field Jacket over a mid-weight knit, size up one. Each product page includes a size chart with chest and length measurements. Still unsure? Email us at support@ascova.store and we'll point you in the right direction.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped within 1â9 working days from the date of purchase. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Where do you ship from?
Orders are fulfilled through our professional third-party logistics (3PL) partner based in China, ensuring accurate packing and efficient worldwide dispatch. All shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) â meaning all import taxes and customs duties are included in your purchase price. There are no surprise fees or additional charges when your order arrives.
How do I care for my Ascova pieces?
Cardigan (merino wool):
- Wool cycle, max 30°C â use a wool detergent
- No bleach, no fabric softener
- Lay flat to dry â do not tumble dry
- Store folded, not on a hanger
Field Jacket & Vest:
- Machine wash cold (30°C), gentle cycle
- Zip all zippers and turn inside out before washing
- Air dry on a hanger â do not tumble dry
- Lightly reshape while damp
PC Pouch & Wallet (PU leather):
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth
- Do not submerge or machine wash
