Cardigan: 100% merino wool — temperature-regulating, non-itching, machine washable
Field Jacket: Waterproof polyester shell, 100% cotton fill — real warmth for real weather
Vest: Wool-polyester blend — packable insulation without bulk

All Ascova pieces are sized true to size — if you're usually a M, order a M. One exception: if you plan to layer the Field Jacket over a mid-weight knit, size up one. Each product page includes a size chart with chest and length measurements. Still unsure? Email us at support@ascova.store and we'll point you in the right direction.

Orders are shipped within 1–9 working days from the date of purchase. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it all the way to your door. Tracking links can take a couple of days to show the first update after they're issued — that's normal. Can't find your confirmation email? Check your spam folder first.

Orders are fulfilled through our professional third-party logistics (3PL) partner, ensuring accurate packing and efficient dispatch. All shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — meaning all import taxes and customs duties are included in your purchase price. There are no surprise fees or additional charges when your order arrives.

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as it's unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Starting a return takes less than a minute — no email needed:

Once we've received and inspected your return, your refund is processed within 1–4 business days to your original payment method. Final sale items can't be returned, and return shipping is paid by the customer unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Cardigan (merino wool):

Wool cycle, max 30°C — use a wool detergent
No bleach, no fabric softener
Lay flat to dry — do not tumble dry
Store folded, not on a hanger

Field Jacket & Vest:

Machine wash cold (30°C), gentle cycle
Zip all zippers and turn inside out before washing
Air dry on a hanger — do not tumble dry
Lightly reshape while damp

PC Pouch & Wallet (PU leather):

Wipe clean with a damp cloth
Do not submerge or machine wash
